Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
How do refunds work?
You have 30 days from any purchase or renewal to ask for a full refund, at paddle.net or by emailing us.
Is VAT included?
Prices include VAT where applicable. Our reseller Paddle calculates it for your country at checkout.
Is it really European Portuguese?
Yes — every lesson, tutor and correction is Portugal Portuguese (Lisbon and Porto), never Brazilian.
What happens to my progress if I cancel?
Nothing is lost. Your progress and report cards stay on your account; Units 2–10 simply lock again.
